About Us
18+ only (21+ in some states and at some sites). Gambling involves real risk of loss. If gambling is causing you harm, call 1-800-GAMBLER.
Top Crypto Casinos is an independent comparison site for US players who want to gamble with cryptocurrency. We research crypto casinos, compare them on the factors that matter when you play with coins, and explain the legal and financial risks plainly. This page covers who we are, how we rank sites, how we make money and what we can't tell you.
Who this site is for
Our readers are usually one of four types:
- Crypto-native players who already use wallets and want to compare coin support, payout speed and provably fair games.
- Players with limited local options who live in states with no licensed online casinos and also need help with the crypto side.
- Privacy and speed seekers who care about minimal verification and quick cash-outs.
- Bonus hunters and switchers comparing welcome offers, cashback, rakeback and VIP schemes.
We assume you know how blackjack, slots or crash games work. We spend our space on the crypto-specific questions: which coins a site accepts, how deposits and withdrawals move on-chain, what fees and confirmation times apply, and what the licence actually means.
Is gambling at crypto casinos legal in the US?
There is no federal framework that legalizes online casinos. Regulated online casino gaming exists only in a handful of states, such as New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Connecticut, Delaware and Rhode Island, and those licensed operators do not run on crypto.
The crypto casinos we cover are offshore. They hold licences from jurisdictions like Curaçao or Anjouan, not from a US regulator, and they operate in a legal grey area for US players. Offshore licensing does not mean US state-level consumer protection applies to you. Some sites also restrict certain states, and the list varies by operator. Check your own state's laws and the site's terms before you sign up. We don't give legal advice, and we don't tell you where you can or can't play.
We also don't advise using false details or other workarounds to get past a site's location restrictions, identity checks or anti-money-laundering rules. Using a VPN may breach a casino's terms of service and can put your account and balance at risk, so read the terms before relying on one. Our Terms and Conditions cover how you may use this site.
How we research and rank casinos
Our rankings come from desk research and review of published information. We have not claimed to deposit, play or withdraw at any site, and our ratings are editorial scores, not customer-review scores. We look at:
- Supported coins: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin and stablecoins such as USDT and USDC, plus wider altcoin support.
- Payout speed and limits: advertised withdrawal times, withdrawal caps, and network fees and confirmations. Advertised speeds are not results we have measured.
- Licensing: the jurisdiction a site states it is licensed in, which we check against what the operator publishes. We flag it where we can't confirm it.
- Verification and privacy: whether a site advertises no-KYC play, when it may ask for identity documents, and the fact that blockchain transactions are pseudonymous, not invisible.
- Games: slots, live dealer tables, crash, dice, Plinko and in-house originals, plus provider software and provably fair or audited fairness claims.
- Bonuses: the headline offer alongside wagering requirements, time limits, eligibility and exclusions.
- Security and support: two-factor authentication, fund-security statements, customer support channels and responsible gambling tools.
Our current focus is sites that are friendly to VPN users. We treat that as a question about terms of service and account risk, not a promise of access.
What our ratings cover
Our current top-ranked casinos are BetPanda (10.0), CoinCasino (9.9), Cryptorino (9.9), Blockbet (9.8), BC Game (9.7), Winna, Thrill, Hyperlucky and Cybet (each 9.6), and Wild.io (9.5). These are editorial scores as of our fact-check date, Oct 1, 2026.
A high score means a site did well on our criteria. It does not mean you will win, that it is legal in your state, or that it is right for you. Even the top-ranked site has drawbacks. These include offshore licensing, the lack of US regulatory protection, and bonus terms that need careful reading. Advertised offers, such as BetPanda's 10% weekly cashback or CoinCasino's 200% deposit bonus up to $30,000, always come with wagering and eligibility conditions. Read those on the casino's own terms page before you deposit. Offers change often, so confirm them there.
How we earn money
We may earn a commission if you sign up through links on this site. That relationship does not decide rankings, and commission can't buy a higher position. Ratings follow the criteria above. If we can't verify a claim, we say so instead of presenting an operator's marketing as fact.
Crypto risk, taxes and responsible play
- Price volatility: coins can fall in value between deposit and withdrawal. Stablecoins like USDT and USDC reduce that risk but don't remove other risks.
- Losing money: most players lose over time. Gambling is entertainment, not income, and never a way to solve money problems. Only use money you can afford to lose.
- Fewer protections: offshore sites may not offer the self-exclusion tools or dispute routes that state-regulated operators provide.
- Taxes: US residents may owe tax on gambling winnings and on crypto gains. Consult a qualified tax professional. Nothing here is tax or legal advice.
- No KYC is not a loophole: minimal verification is not a way to hide income, avoid taxes or move illicit funds, and sites can still ask for documents.
Set deposit and time limits before you play, and never chase losses. Our Responsible Gambling page lists tools and support. In the US, the National Problem Gambling Helpline is 1-800-GAMBLER.
What we don't cover
We focus on US players. Our page on non GamStop casinos is aimed at a different market and doesn't apply to US players.
